I use my Bosch m...I don't use a bread machine. I use my Bosch mixer. Grind my own wheat and make 4 loaves at a time. I got a recipe while living in Washington using White Wheat and it makes the most delicious light wheat bread and Del won't eat any other bread. Kristen has a Zojirushi bread maker, so I bought one.
