A bunch of us over here in our neck of the woods are starting this challenge tomorrow. Want to do it with us? This is all you have to do for the next 21 days:
So basically, nothing processed. Keep it real.
The only thing processed that will stay with me on the 21 days is my Diaya cheese, since I'm limited already.
The hardest for me, I think, will be the chips. What's your weakness?

Chris, I think they're talking about the sweetened brands. I think the all natural is a-ok :-)

I think I woke up thinking today would be like every day...read your challenge...got excited...and then PANIC! I ate everything on the list and nothing off it!:) Maybe not quite that bad...but I will have to improve if I am going to get any health benefits! :)

:) I am starting a 28 day detox...tommorow! I'm kind of nervous but super excited, my husbnd is doing it with me this time so we hopefully will make it all 28 days together! Good luck!
