GREEN EGGS AND HAM
My wee ones have been obsessed with Dr. Seuss' Green Eggs and Ham lately, so the husband made them some for breakfast this morning.
It was such a hit, Landon wanted the leftovers made into green egg and (green) ham sandwich for his school lunch.

I'm very impressed! Mark CAN make scrambled eggs....but he has never attempted green eggs...awesome! I made them one year and no one ate them! I want some of your houses enthusiasm!

Deja-vu! Last Friday was Dr. Seuss' birthday...so we had green eggs & ham for dinner. Well, the eggs were green, I couldn't figure out how to dye the ham, and just to be silly, I dyed the pancakes purple. Lexi loved it!
