WE HAVE BEEN BUSY PAINTING AND

removing items into the wee hours of the night.
A huge thank you to my sister-in-law who has been my painting partner into the early morning hours...Once we get moved in we will have lots of projects to keep us busy and of course I'll show you snipits.

bush in my yard in memory of my Grandfather.... Whenever he gave flowers to anyone, he always gave red roses.....

WE HAVE A SMALL

half bath that we think can be made large enough to add a shower if we steal some space from the laundry room.
Quarters will still be cozy so I'm thinking a glass shower....Any advice on a bathroom makeover?

SNEAK PEEK - OUR FIRST

project is completed - refinishing the floors.....

Our friend Mark, who owns Integrity Hard Wood Floors, came to our rescue. I think it would have taken us a month instead of the weekend. Thanks Mark - you're our hero!!!

Now it's time for painting walls and molding....

WE GOT THE KEYS

MY GRANDPA'S FUNERAL WAS

wonderful.
We shared memories, tears and laughter....

and got reconnected with...

Aunts...

Uncles....

And cousins....

One of the highlights was going to Glen Canyon and all of us eating one of Grandpa's favorite food. Cantaloupe ala mode.....

The boys and I, along with my cousin Jill and sister went to The Sweet Tooth Fairy Bakery in Provo before we left...

My favorite is the Toasted Coconut cupcake - ooooh lala is it GOOD!

And we got some pool time in the mornings.

We all loved Grandpa so much and it was wonderful saying goodbye with so many of us all together.

I'M HEADING OFF TO UTAH

for some tears, laughter and memories...I hope you have a wonderful week....

THE WEE-EST OF THE WEE ONES

is quite the little monkey.
We put up all the chairs or we find them pushed up to the counters so he can climb on them or into the kitchen sink... Today I found him on the top shelf of a cupboard, no chair needed.
He's so fast! We can't turn our backs for a second....

NOW THIS IS AN EVENING
