I WAS RIDING MY MOTORCYCLE,

listening to one of my favorite songs , got pulled over for speeding and got a whopper of a ticket....

Lucky for me Larry informed me it didn't happen.

It was a dream that felt totally real!

I knew I haven't been on my motorcycle all spring and was so relieved I didn't have a ticket to pay!

Whew!

Have you ever had a dream that felt so real you thought it just might possibly be true?

that I'm finding myself daydreaming about ditching my Radian for my dream bike....

Oh how I love the Triumph Bonneville.

Larry called to me while I was leaving
and I stopped suddenly going down our
steep driveway and tipped the bike.

When it fell, the nob at the end of the clutch handle broke off.

I've been smiling at Larry like the Cheshire cat....

JULI & EL HEFFER

met for dinner. It was a fun dinner and so nice to catch up!

It rained on me tonight halfway to the restaurant - my first time riding in the rain.

I was a smidge nervous but it was a-okay.

It was the coldest night I've ridden...

and I discovered that these gloves need insulation.

It's on the top of my list....

I HAVE MY

own motorcycle!

I found one in town that I like but it needed to be fixed and it wasn't the seller's top priority, SO Larry found this one in Spokane.

This weekend Larry and my father (with mom and Landon along for the ride) drove up to Spokane and Larry got it for me.

I've been riding it today and it fits me like a glove. I LOVE IT!!!

AFTER THREE WEEKS,

I was back on a motorcycle today. My brother's bike got out of the shop this week and I've been dying to ride. I started in the parking lot of our church to REFRESH my memory and familiarize myself with his bike. I was nervous! But after a bit, it all came back to me...

(Yes, we're smiling even though our helmets are on.....)

Derek and I went on a little outing. He rode our dad's bike and I rode his. It was so much fun! I have great big, little brothers....
I'm still quite cautious and I keep forgetting to cancel the TURN SIGNAL, so if you are riding around and see a motorcycle with it's blinker on, be patient....it just might be ME!
Derek and I rode on the outskirts of town. This was one of our views.

The wind in your face and a gorgeous view, what could be better than that?
Hmmm, maybe having my OWN bike!

We passed! Tomorrow we hit the DMV....Dad and Derek already have their motorcycle, now Larry and I need to go shopping....

When we were done with our class (9 hours today), we met up with the family at the park for Sunday dinner....

We played on the swings, ate lots of food and laughed....

Some got dirtier than others, but we all had fun....

MOTORCYCLE CLASS

I've been taking a motorcycle class with my father and brother, Derek, and tomorrow I'll have my license!! If I don't say so myself, I'm a natural....

Andrew is in our class too...

Lach went eight hours without mommy milk today. I didn't know he would do so good without me.

What did he eat, you ask? I was wondering the same thing. Let me quote a text from my husband answering that. "...french fries, rootbeer, a little applesauce, beef sticks, twizzlers and a little milk."
