YES, THIS IS A PICKLE ORNAMENT
I found out today that a German custom is to hang a pickle ornament on Christmas Eve on your tree, and in the morning, the first one to find it gets an extra gift from St. Nick...

You bet! We hang one every Christmas Eve. One of us hides it and the other's try to find it on Christmas morning.
I love the pickle ornament! I have heard this before...working at Corky's Daughter teaches you all kinds of cool stuff!
I heard about the pickle ornament about 15 years ago. Took me about five years until I found one!
I love that tradition. When we actually have a home with room for a tree I will have to hunt down a pickle ornament. Too funny!
I love it! I just got mine from Ruth and Martha last week at lunch.
I can't wait to give out the extra gift!
