is what I learned how to make last night. We made provolone from beans and mozzarella from cashews. It's a very interesting process, a little spendy but I'm looking forward to experimenting. The mozzarella is my favorite so far.
What kind of process makes these things into cheese consistency? Incredible! I wouldn't have believed it had a I seen it. I'm glad you're finding things that work for you!!
My camera is my constant companion and most of my life is an open book. This blog is a little of this and a little of that, but mostly things that make me happy, our humble lair and the people I love.

Why don't you bring some cheese to the family dinner on Sunday. I would like to try some. From Mike's comment on FB, he may not try it. :)
Love you.

Are there other classes for you to learn making other types of cheese?
That is so cool!
So the mozza is your favorite so far, but how do they actually rate or compare to the real deal?
This is nuts...you are amazing!
I like almond cheese and have a really great nutburger recipe that is almost vegan. It is so yummy!
Keep us informed as to how this all works out.
