Remember the season is really about Jesus Christ. We took the boys to the Community Nativity Festival to see hundreds of nativities from all over the world. Absolutely beautiful nativities ranging from hand carved to glass to lego and even a chocolate nativity.
There were scenes from Jesus' life and a choir from a local school.
The children's area was amazing. They had the town of Nazareth set up with costumes for the kids, with a wheat tent to play in (Mary's kitchen), Joseph's workshop and a craft area.
A shepherd was there telling the story about the night the shepherds saw an angel.
It was such a great family evening out. If you're local, you still have time to go. Today is the last day and they will be open 1-7. Click here for directions.
