Yummy! I love coconut anything...I am so going to need to make that cake...you should just make double of everything you do and send it to me! =)
I'm almost glad I'm allergic to gluten or I would be in my kitchen making a coconut cake right now. I love it. I think you sure have lots of celebrations. Think I need to do that a little bit more.
