I was telling Jay and the girls about this class and they are excited to go in May! I can't believe you got to do all that for only $5!!
I'VE NEVER HEARD OF PURPLE CARROTS AND BEANS...YOU'LL HAVE TO LET US KNOW HOW THEY TURN OUT.

Purple carrots!? I've never heard of such a thing. What a cool class.
Katie - they are called Dragon Carrots. They are purple on the outside and orange on the inside. I got the seeds online from Seed Savers - a really cool company that has loads of heritage seeds.
I really enjoyed being a part of the ward garden last year.
