Then I tried them... So delicious and so easy, my 2-14 year old man clan can make them....
Chocolate Carmel Cookies
1 box chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
Caramel pieces
Combine first three ingredients. Mix will be a little dry but just keep working it in until all combined. Take a TBSP or so of dough and roll in a ball. Put a piece of caramel in the center and cover completely with dough.
Bake at 350 for 9 minutes.
Warning - Oooey-gooey center is really hot, so restrain yourself for a few minutes or you'll burn your tongue!

These are great. You mother made them. One batch with a Rolo in the middle and another batch with junior mints in the middle. both were quite good.
I have an awesome cake mix cookie recipe ~ one of my favorite combos is spice cake with cream cheese frosting!

Yummy!!! I probably shouldn't make them...I'd eat them all:)-
They look so good with the caramel in them! I use the same recipe...without the caramel. I make some cream cheese frosting, and then you make the most delicious homemade oreos ever!
