And a little of this.It was my first time seeing a whale and I'll take what I can get.
Even though we just saw spraying and backs, I thought it was so cool..
We had a blast and I've decided next time I go on a whale watching photo excursion, I want to go in a tiny boat in deeper water so I can get really close.For those of you who know me well, I'll answer your question now - No, I did not get sea sick - yay me!

I think that going out watching would be a lot of fun! Glad you didn't get sick.
When I saw that first picture of the breaching whale and before I had read your caption, I was yelling "WOW!!!" and then I read the caption ~ haha! I'm glad you had fun and at least got to see some whale-back! And especially glad that you didn't get sick!
Not getting seasick was a BIG accomplishment!! I'm glad you at least saw their back and spray ;)
I just left a long comment and it kicked me off...basically....AWESOME! I will be excited to see your flipping whale next time...when you get closer!
What a great experience... I have always wanted to do that! I'm so glad you were leaning over the boat free.
