PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY MUFFINS

This recipe is super easy, delicious and man clan approved and devoured....1 3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1 TBSP baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup milk
1/3 cup chunky peanut butter
1 egg
2 TBSP melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
fruit jam

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In a medium bowl combine all dry ingredients. Make a well and pour in all wet ingredients (except jam) and mix until moist.

Fill muffin cups half way with batter. Spoon teaspoon of jam on top and cover with remaining batter to cover jam.

Bake for 20 minutes and cool for 5 minutes. Remove from pan to continue cooling. They taste great warm but be careful because the jam is HOT.

They are mmmmmm, mmmmm good.....
