producing a bounty, it's perfectly nippy outside and I had a new "cheese" to try.... I sliced two tomatoes in half, placed a little wedge of Follow Your Heart Vegan Mozzarella on each one, broiled them until the cheese was melted and seasoned my morsels with freshly ground sea salt and black pepper...
